Fix drawing issues in progress bars.  (#328081, Christian Persch)

* gtk/gtkprogressbar.c (gtk_progress_bar_size_request): Always
request enough space.
(gtk_progress_bar_paint_activity)
(gtk_progress_bar_paint_continuous)
(gtk_progress_bar_paint_discrete): Clip when drawing the bar.
